Pregnancy Massage:
Massage is a good way to deal with your body’s changes
throughout your entire pregnancy and beyond. Each stage brings
on different challenges which are addressed at each visit and
customized to your specific needs. After the first trimester
I perform your massage in a side-lying or semi-reclined position
for the ultimate safety and health or you and your baby. As
your whole body is changing and you begin to plan for changes
at work, home and in your relationships, massage is a good
way to be good to yourself. It is important to remember to
take care of yourself because you are responsible for the health
and happiness of two people.
Labor and Delivery Massage:
My role as a massage therapist in this miraculous
event is to help mom be more comfortable during and around
the time of delivery. I will work with mom before hand and
learn of her birth plan to see what skills I can implement
to help mom be as comfortable as possible. My role is strictly
as massage therapist and for support to you and your partner.
For details or more information please contact me as situations
and prices vary depending on your needs.
Post Partum Massage:
Whether you are adjusting to the new role of mom for the first
time, or the fourth, every mom needs special care. As adjusting
to life after your baby is born may take a little time and may
be challenging, massage can help you deal with the chores of
baby tending, postural shifts, and the overall effects to your
body. Massage can be a great way to help you get back to being “YOU” and
help the transition go smoothly, so you can feel good and give
your all to your baby. Post partum massage is a great way to
keep life healthy after the delivery of your baby. Start as
soon after the delivery as you or your doctor feel is ok and
needed. What a great way to start, or continue your life as
Mom.
**If you are considered high risk or have certain
complications you may be required to have a doctors
release before your appointment.** |
